Successful application for the return of a child to Australia under the 1980 Hague Convention after the abducting mother had gone to ground in a campervan in the Outer Hebrides. Publicity orders made by the court enabled her discovery, and her defence under Art 13(b) of the Convention was dismissed at the final hearing. Led by Richard Harrison QC.
