QEB barristers have substantial experience in the conduct of roundtable meetings and Chambers provides bespoke facilities that suit the three-room format.
The format of roundtable meetings usually involves three rooms; a dedicated room for each party to have private discussions with their solicitor and counsel, and a third room in which both sides (or their representatives) meet to negotiate.
Within Chambers, we have bespoke offices for three-room meetings at which both sides to litigation may discuss their case in privacy and comfort, away from the courtroom, and then negotiate in a third room (either face-to-face or through their chosen representatives).
