Charanjit Batt acted for the wife in respect of variation proceedings initiated by the husband following applications made by the wife for enforcement (committal). The husband was found guilty of contempt by Holman J in enforcement proceedings, but the consideration of sanctions was inter alia adjourned to allow for determination of his application for variation. The variation proceedings were determined by HHJ Hess.
