Amy Kisser and Janine McGuigan contribute to Class Legal’s Dictionary of Financial Remedies

We are pleased to highlight Class Legal’s latest edition of the Dictionary of Financial Remedies 2026, to which QEB’s Amy Kisser and Janine McGuigan once again contribute as authors.

This publication remains a standout resource for practitioners in the field of financial remedies, bringing together key concepts, leading case law, and practical insights.

The Honourable Mr Justice Peel, National Lead Judge of the Financial Remedies Court, has provided the foreword for this year’s edition:

“In my time as National Lead Judge of the FRC I have been struck by the passion of those who seek to improve the practice of financial remedies, to make it more accessible and to raise its profile. The Dictionary is firmly part of that movement which gives a voice to financial remedies. It is well established and highly respected. It continues to be a primary point of reference for many judges (myself included) and practitioners. Its breadth and depth are unsurpassed, yet it is user friendly and a model of crispness and clarity. I congratulate the authors, and unreservedly commend this latest edition.”

Copies of the 2026 edition are available to purchase via the Class Legal website.
