QEB’s Tristan Harvey will be speaking against the motion in an afternoon debate on the topic:
“This House Believes that Hybrid Mediation is Preferable to Evaluation as an NCDR Option (The Mystery of the Blue China Teapot)”.

He will be speaking alongside The 36 Group’s Rhys Taylor, with Karin Walker MCIArb and Karen Barham speaking for the motion, and Stephen Wildblood KC MCIArb chairing the debate.
