QEB are delighted to inform you that Amy will return to practice in January 2024 following a period of parental leave.

Amy is highly regarded and is consistently highly ranked as a leading junior in matrimonial finance. She remains ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK, Band 2 in Legal 500, and Top Recommended in The Spear’s 500.

On her return, Amy will resume her practice which encompasses the full range of financial remedies cases, with particular emphasis on matters involving high-net worth individuals, complex financial arrangements (including company, trust, tax and pension issues), and/or foreign/international elements (including jurisdiction disputes). Amy will also continue to accept instructions in cases involving Schedule 1 to Children Act applications and disputes between cohabitees.

Amy will also resume acting as a “private judge” in Private Financial Dispute Resolution hearings.
