Expertise

Fitzrene has an impressive practice specialising in matrimonial finance. That practice is supplemented by her further specialism in private children work allowing her to provide clients with continuity of counsel in both proceedings.

She is frequently instructed both led and unled before the High Court and has experience of cases involving trusts and multijurisdictional elements.

In respect of her private children work, she is regularly retained in complex fact-finding hearings and leave to remove cases.

Fitzrene has a particular interest in English-French proceedings, having spent time working with BWG Associes, a specialist cabinet d’advocats, in Paris.
