Overview
Fiona acts in all aspects of private family law. Her practice has a focus on financial remedy work (including Schedule 1 and Part III claims), TLATA, jurisdiction disputes, nuptial agreements and Inheritance Act disputes.
She has appeared in the High Court on multiple occasions, led and unled, including on appeal. Fiona also appears against silks and senior juniors without a leader.
Fiona frequently lectures on topics of interest in family law, and she has had articles published in the Financial Remedies Journal and by LexisPSL.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Fiona worked in Fixed Income Sales at an international Investment Bank in the City for 3 years. This has given her a deep understanding of complex financial elements in financial remedies cases.
