Overview
Alexandra joined chambers in September 2021 after successful completion of her pupillage, supervised by William Tyzack, Rosemary Budden and Marina Faggionato. She has experience acting in financial remedy cases, private children cases and applications under the Family Law Act 1996.
During her pupillage Alex observed and assisted her supervisors and other members of chambers in a number of complex financial remedy cases, including a final hearing in the High Court and cases involving issues of jurisdiction.
Prior to joining QEB Alex worked as a paralegal in the Credit department of a leading US law firm, lending a commercial fluency to her work. She came fourth in her year at Bar school, whilst volunteering for The School Exclusion Project providing pro bono representation in appeals against school governing bodies.
