This week, Fitzrene Headley joined a panel at the London Young Resolution (London YRes) event, hosted by Farrer & Co, to discuss the Government’s consultation, A Fairer End to Relationships.

The consultation proposes significant changes to the legal rights of cohabiting couples and has sparked considerable debate across the family law community.

Fitzrene was joined on the panel by DDJ Julian Beard, Rebecca Viola, Rosanne Godfrey-Lockwood and DDJ Frances Anderson for an engaging discussion on the potential impact of the proposals.
