Arbitrators at QEB offer a fixed fee service, based on the guideline rates set out below (which are exclusive of VAT). The guideline rates are based upon a fully contested all-issues arbitration. We are happy to discuss fees on an individual basis for other matters.
The rates assume that the arbitrator will pre-read one arbitration bundle (of up to 350 pages) and will deliver a written Award. Any contested case management hearings, other interlocutory issues or disputes about the wording of a court order to give effect to the Award will incur a separate fee.
Fees relating to Sir Alan Ward and Sir Paul Coleridge should be discussed with the clerks.
