Overview
Lord Meston KC was a circuit judge for 20 years. Since retirement in 2020 he sits as a deputy circuit judge. He worked in the Central Family Court where he dealt with financial remedies cases including financial dispute resolution hearings which he considers to be a vital and effective means of settling disputes whether undertaken in or out of court.
