Practice profile
Tristan has been a tenant at QEB since the successful completion of his pupillage in 2003. His practice encompasses all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on matrimonial finance and private law children matters. He has also represented clients in Schedule I applications, trusts of land disputes, applications under Part IV Family Law Act 1996 and care proceedings. Tristan has appeared before all levels of tribunal up to the High Court.

Tristan also appears for pro bono clients.

Education
Tristan studied at Pomona College, California for one year under the Pomona-Downing Scholarship before reading Law at Downing College, Cambridge.  He was subsequently awarded the Jules Thorn Scholarship by Middle Temple.

Personal
Tristan is a keen squash player and scuba diver.
