PRACTICE
PROFILE
Sarah has two main areas of practice, clinical negligence
and family law. She has been involved in a wide variety of
cases, and has considerable trial experience as well as appearances in the
Court of Appeal. Sarah has recently returned to full time practice after
several years of working part-time, due to family commitments.
Clinical
Negligence
Sarah has extensive experience in clinical negligence work
(medical and dental), including injuries of maximum severity. Cases in which
she has been involved comprise a wide variety of medical fields, including
obstetrics and gynaecology, general surgery, accident and emergency, orthopaedic
surgery, neurology and neurosurgery. Having studied pre-clinical medicine
at Cambridge, Sarah is able to handle the more complex cases and is noted
for her thorough approach.
Family
Sarah's family practice has a particular emphasis on ancillary
relief, cohabitation disputes and private law Children Act applications.
