Appointments and Memberships Oliver is a member of the Family Law Bar Association and the Professional Negligence Bar Association. He is a legal advisor to the General Dental Council and a legal assessor to the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
Education Oliver read law at Magdalene College, Cambridge, after which he was awarded a major scholarship by Lincoln’s Inn. Upon completion of his pupillage, he became a tenant in Queen Elizabeth Building.
Personal Oliver is married with three children. He plays cricket and real tennis.
