Nicholas' practice encompasses all areas of family law, both public and private, particular emphasis on ancillary relief and private law children matters. He has represented clients at both county court and High Court level and has appeared in several complex and high value ancillary relief cases as a junior.

Nicholas was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford, where he obtained First Class Honours in Law. He was awarded a Hardewicke Scholarship and the Sunley Scholarship by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn.

Nicholas is an avid food fanatic, enjoying both cooking and eating. He is less keen on washing up.
