Practice profile
Marcus practices exclusively in family law, specialising in ancillary relief, financial cases relating to co-habitation and private law Children Act applications. Marcus has acted in a wide range of cases including, both in his own right and with a Silk, those involving substantial assets.

A late entrant to the Bar, having pursued a successful career in academia and the arts, Marcus brings a maturity and experience beyond his years in the law.

Education
Marcus read Fine Art and took a D.Phil. in History of Art, both at Brasenose College, Oxford. He was awarded a Queen Mother’s Scholarship by Middle Temple in 1998

Personal
Marcus is married to Bridget. They have three sons and a daughter and live in South East London. He enjoys eating (preferably good food), coaching rugby, and watching cricket.
