Practice profile
Justine has been a tenant at QEB since completing her pupillage in 2002.  Her practice encompasses all aspects of Family Law, with a particular emphasis on ancillary relief and private law children work. She has appeared before all levels of tribunal from the Family Proceedings Court to the Court of Appeal and she has been led in cases involving significant assets.

Publications / Lectures
Justine has lectured on the Civil Partnership Act and Tax Credits.
She co-edited 'Hearing the Children', a collection of papers given at the President's Interdisciplinary Conference 2003, with Lord Justice Thorpe.

Education
Justine studied Modern Languages at Bristol University.  She completed the CPE at Westminster University and BVC at the Inns of Court School of Law.
