Practice
profile
Whilst Jennifer's practice covers most aspects of family law and related professional
negligence, she specialises in financial cases, particularly those which involve
substantial assets where there is often an international element involving
offshore trusts or companies. She is frequently consulted in relation
to pre-nuptial agreements where the parties may be intending to live here
or abroad after marriage. She has dealt with many cases involving
financial provision for children of unmarried parents and claims brought under
the Inheritance Act by family members and other dependants.
Jennifer

most of the directories including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500. She has been variously described as "outstanding in the way she deals with cases" as well as having a tremendous aptitude for figures
as well as a maturity and commanding presence in a practice which involves
much international and forum shopping work. Solicitors speak of
her ability in terms of winning the clients unconditional trust and
great with clients and inspiring tremendous confidence. Her negotiating
skills are first class and steely when necessary. " She is an 'all rounder' with strong client care skills who has a presence, competence and thoroughness that gets her noticed"
